Donovan ended up in CSCAGDR because no one wanted him. Donovan is completely deaf and has only 20% of his vision. He functions very normally and most people cannot tell that he is deaf. He has always walked strangely and in 2000 he was diagnosed with Wobbler's (a malformation of the vertebrae in the neck) . The veterinary specialist expected him to be paralyzed in a very short time. He has been getting acupuncture and over a year later, he is playing and running more than ever before. Donovan is one of the sweetest dogs to ever go through CSCAGDR. He will live out his remaining time at the rescue.
