Butterscotch was one of 7 Foxhound/Labrador Retriever/Carolina Dog mix puppies found in a hollow tree in Cottageville, SC. When the situation became dangerous for them, CSCAGDR took the entire litter away from the tree and hand raised them. Unfortunately, people do not come to a Great Dane rescue looking for mixes like Butter, so it took almost 3 years to find her a forever home. She is a very sweet girl who loves kids, cats, and other dogs. Butter absolutely loves to play and is extremely athletic and agile. One of her favorite things to do is greet people who come home with a play bow and a smile. She actually lifts up her lip and smiles at you! :) Butterscotch will be greatly missed by those of us at CSCAGDR who watched her grow from a little puppy into the great dog she is today. We are thrilled though that she has her own family now to give her all the attention and playtime that she deserves. Her new home is in Charlotte, NC.
