Bear was turned in by his owner who could no longer keep him. His foster mom fell in love with him and wanted to keep him, but she was over her dog limit, so Bear was adopted by a family in New Hampshire. He is tolerated by his Dalmatian sister, Daisy, but Bear absolutely adores their cat! The family got a hamster and Bear's hair all fell out! The hamster died and his hair all grew back in! He tried to warn them about that evil hamster by barking, but they wouldn't listen! On Bear's first anniversary with his new family, they sent a long list of the things he had damaged. But the list was miniscule compared to the love they have for him. He also stole the ham from Easter dinner, but it was their fault - they left it on the table!
