SPARKY (NOW KOGA)
Sparky was found running as a stray.  He's a very busy guy - very high energy.  He loves children and going for rides in the car.  Sparky loves stuffies and loves to play.  He could possibly be placed in a home with a  female dog, but he doesn't really get along with the boys.  Sparky is a very sweet boy who needs a family with lots of energy, just like him! :)
UPDATE NOV. 11:  Sparky has really grown on us.  He has settled into our pack and gets along with everyone except one dog he has not yet been allowed to meet due to that dog's medical situation.  Sparky meets new male dogs with a pseudo aggressive "front".  Once he sees that the other dog is not a threat, he is fine, and becomes a playmate.  Sparky had to handle going from being a single stray to living with 12 other dogs, most of them giant breeds (Danes, mostly).  He had no house skills or experience, but he has learned these very quickly, as he is really smart!  He is now housetrained, cratetrained and very good in the house.  What a good boy!  As you can see in the last two pictures, Sparky has filled out and is looking GOOD!  He has learned to trust his humans, and is so kind and loving!
We now know that Sparky is a Korean Jindo mix.  To read more about these dogs, click here:http://www.dogbreedinfo.com/jindo.htm

Sparky has been adopted and now lives with 3 cats in North Charleston, SC.  He is doing very well living as an only dog with his devoted owner, Michelle.
