BooWoo was found rummaging through the garbage in a gas station alongside a main highway. He was covered with ticks and fleas, worm infested and emaciated. He had ehrlichiosis and sarcoptic mange. After treatment, he was adopted by a wonderful couple who continue to care for his health concerns and who love to wrestle with him on the floor!
UPDATE: 2/22/04 Dugan has been at his new home for 1 year. He completed his heartworm treatment and weighs 93 pounds!
UPDATE: 3/29/07 Dugan's family reports that he is still doing well. He's healthy, shiny, and 100 lbs. He has his own couch and overstuffed chair. He loves to eat, take walks, and go for rides in the car.
